a legal successor of a construction company, whose resources are redirected to research and development activities related to the production of innovations in the field of renewable energy sources. “BB Building” Ltd is not just another ordinary Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) company. We create, design, produce, develop, construct and maintain solar power plant. We provide a turn – key unique own patented solar solutions. Analyzing the market and the needs of businesses and households, the advantages and disadvantages of available technologies, we have created innovations that allow significantly greater yield of electrical energy from the same installed power per unit area.
We create and manufacture various types of steel bearing structures for photovoltaic modules, the main purpose of which is to increase the production of electrical energy from a unit of area at the same installed power. We have solar solutions for air, facade, fence, roof, garage, parking and of course land. Solutions for large scale projects which no one else can offer you. Combinations of solar solutions that can make the most efficient use of any property, regardless of its shape, size, constructions in it. We design different types of steel constructions suitable for unusable areas like parking, building facades, along fences, roofs… Horizontal, vertical, rotating or crossing, in the air or on a surface, one side or two sides, one row or more, movable or fixed.
The factory is not subsidised by any EU, government or bank authority.
The factory activity will help the EU to achieve the 2050’ Green target.

Our History:
“BB Building” Ltd. is registered under the Bulgarian Trade Law with Reg №205995078 and VAT№BG205995078 in Varna, Bulgaria, EU. The company has run Factory 1 in the beginning of 2022 and Factory 2 in the beginning 2023 and factory 3 in July 2023, all located in the industrial zone of Slanchevo village, 14 km away from the Varna, bordering Varna-Sofia highway. Factory 4 is planned to be in the industrial zone of Ignatievo, 6km away from the Varna, bordering Varna-Sofia highway. Factory 4 is expected to run in May’ 24 as a factory of the future – new generation sustainable factory. With Factory 4 “BB Building” Ltd is going to rise the production capacity 5 times providing more than 150 working places.
